CHKD Health and Surgery Center at Oyster Point
The CHKD Health and Surgery Center at Oyster Point offers families who live on the Peninsula a wealth of important services close to their homes. The region’s only pediatric ambulatory surgery center, where more than 950 procedures were performed last year, is located here. Other services offered at the site include:

- fully-equipped sports medicine gym
- primary, surgical and sub-specialty pediatric
- lab, MRI, ultrasound and X-ray
- occupational, speech and physical therapy
The 43,000-square-foot, $5.5 million Health Center at Oyster Point houses
a wide array of services, including a primary care practice, Newport News Pediatrics, which offers a variety of pediatric specialists and surgeons
providing evaluation, treatment and follow-up.
